November 17th - After Sunday Service - Outreach Meeting for all!!
We will have an Outreach Meeting in the Sanctuary immediately following today's service to review our plans for the Holiday Season.
November 17th - 2:00pm - Mathews Long Care Worship Service
Our next worship service at the Mathews Long Care Facility will be Sunday, November 17, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. All are welcome to attend so we can brighten the residents' days by sharing the light of Christ with them.
November 21st - 6:30pm - Administrative Council
Our next AC Meeting will be on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. We will start with a meal; the church will provide chicken, and you may bring a side dish or a dessert to share. As a reminder, if you are a professing member of Locust Grove GMC, you are also a council member with both a voice and a vote. Please attend if you are able.
November 27th - 7:00pm -Thanksgiving Service
Thanksgiving Service: Wednesday, Nov. 27th, at 7:00 p.m. Praise and Pie fellowship time will follow.
December 1st - 5:00pm -Hanging of the Greens
Hanging of the Greens Service, Sunday, Dec. 1st, at 5:00 p.m. Following the service, we will have a Soup and Salad Meal. You are asked to bring your favorite soup or a dessert to share, and the church will provide the Salad and Beverages.
December 17th - 7:00pm - Clarksbury
Our Annual Charge Conference will be held on Tuesday, December 17, at 7:00 p.m. We will gather at Clarksbury since we did it at Locust Grove last year.
December 24th - 5:00pm - Christmas Eve Service
Christmas Eve Service, Tuesday, Dec. 24th at 5:00 p.m.

- We plan on participating in the Christmas Parade and then go Christmas Caroling for shut-ins.
